In this week's episode I discuss mental and emotional wellness, in consideration of collective pandemic fatigue, and how the use of mindfulness, meditation, and energy healing techniques can be both a complementary tool to use, in addition to mental health treatment, but also as a daily support in helping you move through any difficult emotions or accumulating energy of discomfort.
The episode also brings forward a few resources and ideas I have found helpful, for both adults and children, and provide suggestions on how to incorporate mindful topics for yourself, and with your child (as applicable). I share with you part of my own story, and how my addition of applying consistent mindfulness practices provided support to me during a very challenging time, and helped me in ways I could not imagine at the time, in hope that my own story will be of inspiration to you.
